Not Your Average Sweet—It’s a Nutritional Treat!

Move over, protein powders and collagen drinks—there’s a new powerhouse in town, and it’s round, delicious, and unapologetically desi (Indian). Meet the Power Protein Laddoo, a bite-sized nutritional nuke that puts store-bought supplements to shame. Packed with seeds, nuts, and enough goodness to make your great-grandma nod approvingly, this laddoo isn’t just food; it’s a lifestyle choice.
What’s Inside the Power Ball? (Spoiler: Everything Awesome!)
This Power Ball (laddoo) is not for the faint-hearted. It’s a nutrient-dense beast made with:
✅ Foxnuts (Makhana) – The superhero base ingredient!
✅ A powerhouse of seeds – Chia, flax, pumpkin, white poppy, black poppy, white sesame, black sesame, Chana (Gram) , and quinoa, because variety is the spice of life (and nutrition).
✅ Nuts & dried fruits – Almonds, walnuts, pistachios, dates (Chuhara), and raisins (Munnaka) for an extra punch of energy and sweetness.
✅ Powerhouse – Gond or Gond Katira (Tragacanth gum). This has to be fried in Ghee, it pops like popcorn. Cool and Grind afterwards.
✅ Spice up your life – Add Black pepper, long pepper, white pepper, ajwain (ajowan caraway or Carom Seeds), Nutmeg, Turmeric Powder, Fenugreek Seeds/Powder and sonth (dry ginger) for the extra the health benefits.
✅ Ghee & jaggery – The dynamic duo that brings everything together with taste, tradition, and a touch of magic. If you are diabetic, skip the jaggery; as dates and raisins will make it sweet enough.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS
If your taste buds are feeling adventurous (or you're just a nutrition warrior who fears nothing), go ahead and toss in a small teaspoon each of Amla (Indian Gooseberry) powder, Moringa powder, Neem powder, Himalayan Pink Salt, Kuttu Powder (Himalayan Buckwheat) and Triphala powder into the mix. Warning: This may take your laddoo from “yum” to “why does life hate me?”—but hey, your body will thank you, even if your tongue files a complaint! 😆
All ingredients are easily available at Indian Grocery Stores around the world. And even if you don't find all of them, having some of them will benefit greatly. Below are some photos of the ingredients.
How to Make It? (Easy, But With Style)
Roast ‘em up! Dry roast everything separately (no shortcuts, lazy folks!). Keep it low and slow; you’re not frying snacks for cricket night.
Grind with patience. Pulse-pulse-pulse—don’t let those seeds sweat out their oil, or you’ll end up with a greasy mess.
Mix and bond. Combine the powders, add jaggery for sweetness, warm ghee for binding, and get your hands in there. Feel the power. Feel the love.
Roll it up! Or keep it as a powder if you’re feeling fancy. Either way, your body will thank you.

Why You NEED This Laddoo in Your Life
It’s your daily nutrition fix – Packed with protein, collagen, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats.
Wrinkle-free, joint-happy living – The secret to eternal youth (or at least, fewer aches and saggy skin).
Energy, stamina, and metabolism boost – Who needs caffeine when you’ve got this?
Say goodbye to sketchy supplements – No weird chemicals, no fake flavours—just pure, unadulterated goodness.

Power Laddoo: Your Menopause BFF!
Ladies, let’s face it—peri-menopause and menopause feel like Mother Nature’s way of trolling us. One minute, you’re fine; the next, you’re sweating like you ran a marathon (but you’re just sitting there). Mood swings? Check. Sleepless nights? Double check. Bones feeling like they need a warranty renewal? ENTER POWER LADDOO! 🚀
These mighty little nutrient bombs are hormone-balancing ninjas packed with calcium, collagen, healthy fats, and all the good stuff your body secretly craves. Hot flashes? Cool them down. Bone health? Reinforced. Mood swings? Let’s just say, people around you will be grateful. 😆💪
So, ditch the synthetic supplements and let the laddoo be your menopause superhero—because who said aging gracefully can’t taste amazing? 😍🔥

Power Laddoo: From Tween to Queen—Period Problems, BEGONE!
Growing up is tough—homework, mood swings, pimples, and the “WHY DOES MY STOMACH HATE ME?!” phase (a.k.a. periods). But fear not! Power Laddoo to the rescue! 🚀💪
For kids above 10, these laddoos are like a nutrition-packed cheat code—helping with focus, growth, and keeping their bones strong enough to survive all that screen time slouching. Teenagers? Say hello to balanced hormones, fewer cramps, and energy that doesn’t come from candy bars. New to periods? These laddoos make sure your body gets all the iron, calcium, and good fats it needs to fight fatigue and mood swings like a warrior. And for ladies dealing with period drama? These power balls will keep your cycle smoother, your energy up, and your cravings in check (okay, maybe not ALL cravings—chocolate, we still love you). 🍫😆
Basically, if you’ve got hormones, these laddoos have got your back! 💃🔥
How to Eat It?
Pop 4-6 teaspoons or powder or 2 laddoos in the morning after tea but before breakfast. Want it with milk? Go ahead. Want it straight? Be a warrior. Just don’t overdo it—this is power food, not candy. I did not make laddoo from this powder for my personal use, as making laddoo requires too much Ghee, so I added less ghee and left it as a powder. Every morning or alternate mornings, just take 4-5 teaspoons and churn it in mixer with some warm milk, it becomes really tasty smoothie and drink it.
Think of this like a gym membership for your insides—go hard for three months, then take a 15-21 day “vacation” (because even superheroes need a break). After that, get back in the game and let the power laddoos do their magic all over again! 💪😆
